Located just 10 minutes outside Colmar at the start of the Munster Valley, L’Espace 137 is an ideal setting for professional meetings with its versatile Grand Hall and its 700 m2 gardens surrounded by vineyards.
L’Espace 137 is in the former site of France’s largest nightclub, “Le Poisson Rouge” that kept generations dancing for 54 years. The space has been fully renovated to host all types of professional and private events. Seminars, workshops, conferences, symposiums, press conferences: the air-conditioned Grand Hall can adapt to the needs of each event and can accommodate up to 300 people.

Equipped with a video projector, screen, high-quality sound and light equipment, and high-speed Wi-Fi, the 300 m2 space also boasts breathtaking views of the vineyards and Hohlandsbourg Castle.
Outside, the 700 m2 landscaped gardens can accommodate up to 400 guests for an inviting atmosphere in the heart of the vineyards of Alsace. With a quiet location and pleasant views, this green oasis features a bar and spaces for socialising, all just a stone’s throw from Colmar’s city centre.
The manager Pierre Ostermann is the grandson of the founder of Le Poisson Rouge. Alongside his team, they can tailor the In & Out spaces to your needs and budget, with catering options if desired.
L’Espace 137 is 10 minutes from Colmar’s train station and 14 minutes from the Colmar-Houssen Airport.
